The proposed redevelopment of the Telopea Inn takes full advantage of what is a very attractive and highly convenient location in Canberra. The site benefits from a lovely outlook towards Telopea Park to the south and Telopea Park School to the north east. The development addresses NSW Crescent which boasts magnificent street trees framing the 0.4ha site.

The development includes three buildings comprising 43 apartments with basement car parking, bicycle parking and storage.
