COMMERCIAL FITOUT

Macquarie Bank, Canberra City

AMC Projects were commissioned in 2006 to assist Macquarie Bank Limited with the design of their new offices on Level 7 of Canberra House in Canberra City. The fitout design accommodated up to 20 staff in an open plan (dealing desk) environment of 400m² to encourage easy communication between team members. An efficient and logical planning arrangement underpins the design maximising natural daylight and ease of movement around the work environment. The public areas incorporate a palette of white, soft timber colours, and an easy-on-the-eyes green. The fitout includes a 16 person boardroom incorporating sophisticated IT and audio visual features, a number of touchdown multi-function rooms an attractive central amenities area, a secure central server room and a functional utilities / storage area.
