COMMERCIAL FITOUT

Canberra Orthopaedic Group, Deakin

In 2003 Canberra Orthopaedic Group decided to move its operation from National Capital Private Hospital to the proposed new Clinical Services Building at John James Memorial Hospital. As the architect for the new building, AMC were engaged to undertake the design of the new fitout. The fitout included offices and administrative support for 10 doctors, clinic rooms with dual access, procedure rooms, centrally located administrative support, a large and welcoming reception area and a secondary waiting area and an attractive staff break out area. The interior design concept incorporated a warm and calming palette of materials and finishes.
