BUILDING REFURBISHMENTS

Catholic Education Office

AMC Directors have been involved with the Catholic Education Office (CEO) for some 15 years now with a wide range of refurbishment projects in Canberra and regional NSW. We specialise in developing masterplan strategies through consultation and collaboration with the CEO, School leadership team and the wider school community. These masterplans provide a strategic framework for identifying short and longer term projects be that new building, refurbishment or landscape works. They inform the Block Grant Authority application process and identify works that schools may undertake in their own right, such as landscaping.

Recent projects include:

• Scared Heart, Pearce – Masterplan, new administration, new and refurbished classrooms
• Holy Family, Gowrie - New administration, new staff room and associated courtyard and new and refurbished classrooms
• St Matthews, Page – New computer laboratory
• Sacred Heart, Cootamundra – Masterplan, refurbished class rooms, extended / refurbished
• TAS building
• St Josephs, Boorowa – New administration building
• Trinity School, Murrumburrah – Refurbished administration building
