Commercial Building, Symonston

AMC have been responsible for the design of some 6 buildings in the Amtech Estate for Nikias Diamond Property Developments, this being the most recent. This two storey building makes the most of its site with a clear building address, maximum north facing façade and a logical arrangement of surface and undercroft carparking. The building form incorporates a masonry cube element as a counterpoint to the predominantly metal panel façade. The planning of the building ensures an efficient core and circulation arrangement and provides for multiple tenancies if required. To assist with the energy efficiency of the building, sunshades have been incorporated along the very prominent western façade.
