AMC’s directors are involved with every project in the practice - this is the best guarantee we can offer our clients of our commitment to a high quality service and outcome for their project. To this end, significant time and effort is invested in finding a balance between AMC’s capacity to deliver projects and the size and skill-base of the team. AMC has consciously avoided the inefficiencies and risks associated with a large practice and indeed operates most successfully with a team of 15 staff made up of architects, interior designers, draftspersons, undergraduates and administrative staff.
